1. Data controller
The data controller is the owner of Decor Styl identified below. The actual owner’s details must be completed before this policy is considered final.
2. Data and purposes
The form may collect your name, email, optional phone number, municipality, requested service and message. We use them to answer enquiries, assess quote requests and manage the necessary communications. The theme emails messages to the configured recipients and does not store them in the WordPress database.
3. Legal basis
For a quote request, we process the data necessary to take the pre-contractual steps you request. For other enquiries, we use the information needed to respond. Writing to us does not by itself result in advertising emails.
4. Retention
Messages are kept in the recipient mailboxes for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, for the periods required to manage liabilities or contractual relationships. Temporary antispam identifiers expire automatically.
5. Providers and security
Hosting, email and technical protection providers may process data on the owner’s behalf. The form validates fields, limits submissions and uses a CAPTCHA; a temporary antispam identifier is derived from the IP address. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it processes technical verification information. The owner must review the providers in use and any international transfers.
6. Your rights and updates
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by emailing the controller and identifying your request. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). This policy may be updated if processing or website features change.
